Modular : The key to Meridian’s unique performance is its modular design. Meridian is composed of individual modules, which can be stacked to virtually any height to fit functional, space and aesthetic requirements. And, to accommodate changing needs, a module can be easily rearranged by an installer, in under 10 minutes. Modules can be un-stacked, reconfigured, reversed, added to, or taken away.
Architectural : The Meridian product line has a distinctive, architectural look. This helps delineate space and create boundaries, working well with architectural features. It can be used to divide space, mark corridors and define team areas.
Premium quality : Premium quality is engineered into every Meridian product. The solid steel, full-frame construction of each module keeps files rigid. Double-wall drawers with inner fronts are tough and durable. To ensure safety, a positive interlock system allows only one drawer to be opened at a time. To top it all, the rich aesthetics of all Meridian products add elegance and colour to any environment.
Broad range : Meridian offers an array of products which can be combined in different ways for different applications. It is available in four widths: 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm and 1150mm and can be specified in combinations of drawer, flipper door and hinged door units.
Extra capacity : Meridian offers greater filing capacity than competitive products. Units are 505mm deep, compared to the 457mm depth of competitive units, which means they hold 15% more filing ranged front-to-back. For customers, this means big savings in money and space.
Material choices : When it comes to material choices, Meridian has a broad pallet of finish options, making it possible to match other Herman Miller furniture and suit every environment and décor.
Sustainable design : Like all Herman Miller products, Meridian is a sustainable design that is manufactured to be earth-friendly. Cases are made of 100% recyclable steel. Powder-coat finishing is used for all metal parts and only water-based stains are used. And Herman Miller purchases all woods from sustainable supplies.
